Neillsville Area Public Library offers donating on line via PayPal.

Although all donations are tax deductible, it is not possible to provide you a charitable reciept when donating through PayPal, which is only necessary if you itemize deductions.

Please bring a check to the library made out to the Neillsville Area Public Library Foundation if would like a receipt acknowledging your tax deductible donation.
